I spent 25 years managing innovation at Fortune 100 companies. I'm now a business creativity & innovation consultant and professor.

In my spare time I'm also a sports time traveler. I'm not crazy. By just thinking a little outside the box I discovered a way to simulate time travel so that I could go back in time and have the experience of following my favorite sports teams and athletes as they played decades ago. I do this by systematically following the sports each day in newspaper archives, books and videos.
